Redlands Pool Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Technician / Senior Pool Technician to join our skilled field service team servicing Victoria Point and surrounding areas.

With over 38 years in the industry, we have built a strong reputation for quality service, technical expertise, and long-term customer relationships across both residential and commercial clients.

This is not just a pool cleaning role. Our technicians are involved in water chemistry management, equipment diagnostics, automation systems, commercial pool operations, equipment installations, and troubleshooting a wide range of pool and spa equipment. The position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and technical development within the industry.

The Role Includes
Pool cleaning and vacuuming
Water testing and chemical balancing




Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
Minor repairs and maintenance
Equipment installations and upgrades
Commercial pool servicing and water quality management
Working with automation and chemical control systems
Providing exceptional customer service and technical advice

You'll be joining a supportive team with up-to-date equipment, digital job management systems, and a loyal customer base. We service residential homes, schools, unit complexes, retirement villages, and commercial facilities, providing diverse and engaging work year-round.

Pay: $55,328.00 – $69,160.00 per year
