Brooklyn Donuts and Coffee Co are looking for a team of passionate Front of House / Customer Service Team Members for the brand-current location at Macarthur Square.

Primary Purpose of the Role:

The Front of House (FOH) Team Member is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service in a quick-paced café setting. This role involves guest engagement, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages (including frappes), maintaining cleanliness and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet all guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service.

● Take and process orders efficiently using the POS system.

● Prepare and serve beverages such as frappes to company standards.

● Ensure the front counter, service areas, and dining spaces are always kept clean and

tidy.

● Complete any checklist in line with company SOP’s

● Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks, including equipment, and utensils.

● Replenish product displays and ensure correct merchandising.





● Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

● Always adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures.

● Support team members during peak periods and assist in opening/closing tasks as

required.

● Plus, other ad hoc duties across the venue, which may involve duties from other

sections of the business, which may be required from time to time to ensure the

venue runs efficiently and effectively.
Rate is based on Ordinary hours and will be based on the fast-food awards for any penilty rates and changes to employees under 21 years.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $34.76 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 38.0 per week
