Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in the Greater Sydney Area. The Lawyer will advise clients on strata and property-related legal matters, including reviewing and drafting contracts, by-laws, strata management agreements, and related documentation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Providing written and oral legal advice.
Preparing correspondence and legal opinions.
Managing client communications in a timely and professional manner.
Representing clients in dispute resolution, including tribunal and court proceedings.
Working with colleagues to develop case strategies.




Conducting legal research and staying up to date with legislative and regulatory developments affecting strata law.
Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and client-facing publications or seminars.
Qualifications & Experience
Admission as a Lawyer in Australia and a current or eligible practising certificate in New South Wales.
Demonstrated experience in strata law, property law, or related commercial litigation.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent legal drafting, research, and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare explicit advice and submissions.
Robust client service orientation, with the ability to manage files, meet deadlines, and communicate complex issues in accessible terms.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and exercise sound professional judgment.
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine interest in developing specialist expertise in strata and community title law; prior experience in this area is highly regarded.
Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent legal qualification.
