Job Summary:

We’re seeking ambitious, energetic, and persuasive Commission-Only Solar Sales Consultants to generate leads, educate potential customers, and close deals on residential and/or commercial solar panel systems. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential and the flexibility to create your own schedule.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, referrals, networking, and online outreach
Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy and how our systems work
Conduct consultations to assess the customer’s energy needs and provide custom proposals
Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner




Close deals and guide clients through the sales process from start to finish
Stay informed on solar industry trends, products, and incentives
Build and maintain solid customer relationships

Qualifications:
Prior sales experience (solar industry experience is a robust plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and make money
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-only setting
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed

100% commission-based with high earning potential
