Job Description

Dr Martens is seeking passionate retailers for the Christmas season to support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence and store success.

You will deliver excellent customer service on premium product, work with a rapid-paced team to hit KPI targets, handle stock, pick and dispatch orders, and help maintain in-store operations including housekeeping. Availability October 2026 to mid-January 2027, weekends and late nights required.
