Hotel Guest Services Extraordinaire - Full time or/and Permanent Part-time Position

The Hougoumont Hotel is a modern, boutique hotel located in the center of Fremantle.

We are currently seeking a real enthusiast, experienced, friendly, outgoing, and highly customer service-orientated Guest Extraordinaire Services Agent to join our Fun-tastic Team.

The role will report directly to the General Manager and be accountable for, but not limited to, the following key areas:

Duties
Providing exceptional customer service on Reception during check-in, check-out, and throughout every hotel guest's in-house stay.




Assist with and run our straightforward 'Tea & Toast' breakfast service, as well as any other tasks that may be needed to be performed in order to guarantee a 5 star service.
Attending to Guest requests efficiently and effectively, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.

Skills & experience
Previous experience within a 4 or 5-Star hospitality workplace is required
Willingness to go "above and beyond" when assisting guests.
Team-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
Be analytical and possess an eye for detail.
Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends are essential.
Approved Manager and RMS experience highly regarded
