This global organisation with a focus on the customer needs a Human Resources Business Partner that can drive commercial outcomes. Change is constant and ramping up so there is a need for an additional Human Resources Business Partner to support their Professional division.

Reporting to the ANZ HR Director, you will drive global and ANZ initiatives including strategy implementation, providing advice, support and coach leaders through employee relations issues and enterprise bargaining.

Partnering with the General Manager ANZ,



you will be part of the Management team that supports leaders to drive performance through their teams. With a solid commercial acumen, you will understand the business, which levers to pull and how the people, culture and talent agenda can contribute to local growth.

This is a really outstanding role working with a passionate team and business, you will have strong relationship management skills and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced setting and your experience would have ideally been gained in FMCG, retail or sales.
