Duties Include But Not Limited To

Work under the direction of a supervisor and/or the operations manager.
n
Prepare items to high standard for painting.
n
Learn and develop skills in paint matching, mixing, and applying.
n
Exceptional eye for detail and spotting blemishes and fixing accordingly.
n
Sanding, masking, preparing of panels, guards, bonnets, boots etc.
n
Complete tasks in a timely manner and follow instructions from Qualified Supervisors.
n
Commitment to formal training and trade school requirements.
n
Work tasks at a high level should be completed after a brief period of on-the-job training.
n
Communication literacy and numeracy skills will allow an employee to understand transparent written and/or verbal instructions and perform basic duties as directed.
n
Must have a basic skill in verbal & written literacy.
n




Enjoy Practical and Manual work.
n
Be able to work with hand tools and machines.
n
Need to possess valuable hand-eye coordination.
n
Be able to demonstrate time management skills.
n
Possess an eye for detail.
n
Be mechanically minded.
n
Commitment to formal training and trade school requirements.
n
Genuine desire and interested to work in the industry.
n
Able to work as part of a team.
n
Must be punctual, honest and reliable.
n
Display an enthusiastic attitude.
