We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets to join a major transformation program with a prominent Australian financial institution.

Must Have
5+ years of Capital Markets experience, particularly derivatives and back-office processes.
Solid understanding of Interest Rate Derivatives and Fixed Income.
Robust Business Analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
Excellent stakeholder and client management experience.
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery artefacts.
Robust analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have
Database, Java and XML knowledge.
Experience with application server logs.
Exposure to Central Banks / Central Clearing Houses.
CFA, FRM or BA certifications.
Financial services, digital banking or enterprise platform experience.
