Our client is looking for a Senior P&C; Advisor to support its NSW/ACT operations.

Based in North Sydney, the role will provide support across infrastructure, buildings and tunnelling projects throughout NSW and the ACT. Some travel to project sites will be required.
n
You'll be a self-starter with strong advisory experience and, ideally, a background in construction or another operational setting. Experience supporting both blue- and white-collar workforces will be highly regarded.

Providing advice on employee relations, performance and organisational change.
n
Managing complex and high-risk people matters.
n
Supporting project HR teams with escalated issues.
n
Coaching leaders and building people-management capability.
n
Assisting with workforce planning, project mobilisation and business transformation.
n
Working with senior stakeholders to manage people risks and business priorities.
n
Interpreting enterprise agreements and supporting disputes,
union matters and right-of-entry requirements.
n

About you
n
n
Demonstrated experience in a senior P&C; or HR advisory role.
n
Solid employee-relations and stakeholder-management skills.
n
Experience working in construction, infrastructure or a similar industry.
n
Confidence supporting a diverse operational workforce.
n
Experience interpreting enterprise agreements and managing industrial matters.
n
The ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and build solid relationships.
n

Contract details
n
This is an immediate temporary opportunity for an initial three to four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.
n
Candidates with immediate availability or a short notice period are preferred. The client will interview suitable candidates with the NSW/ACT P&C; Manager and hiring manager.
