GC Aqua Park is currently looking to hire casual lifeguards to join our team at our location on Marine Parade, Southport City of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. As a lifeguard at GC Aqua Park, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they navigate our inflatable water park.

In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring all areas of the park to prevent accidents and provide immediate assistance in the event of an emergency. You'll need to have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to effectively enforce park rules and regulations while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor with guests.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Monitoring all inflatables and ensuring guest safety at all times
n
Responding quickly and efficiently to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
n
Enforcing park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
n
Providing excellent customer service and assistance to guests as needed
n
Maintaining a clean and organized work workplace
n
n
Requirements for the role:

Bronze Medallion, CPR, First Aid & Blue Card MANDATORY
n
Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
n
Availability to work weekends and holidays
n
n
