About the Role

In conjunction with the Head of Enterprise Legal and other senior members of the legal team, the role is responsible for providing legal advice to Rest Business Units, Board and management regarding Rest’s legal rights and duties in respect of the commercial activities of Rest. Where appropriate or required,



the role will also assist with other matters being handled by the broader Enterprise Legal team.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance on the commercial contracting needs (including IT contracting) and on Corporate matters.
Manage the timely review and negotiation of key commercial and supplier agreements.
Advise stakeholders on regulatory developments and their impact on the business.
Partner with teams across Rest to support strategic initiatives and projects.
Contribute to policy development, governance reporting and Board submissions.
Build trusted relationships with business leaders, external advisers and regulators.
