What we are looking for
Proven leadership experience within a stewarding, hospitality, food & beverage, cleaning, or hotel environment
Solid knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and food safety standards
Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills with a strong guest service focus
Experience with workforce planning, and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
