Areas of Experience
Corporate & Australian Income Tax– compliance, tax advisory, tax provisions, governance and ATO matters
Financial Services Tax– banking, insurance, superannuation and broader financial services
Investment Management & Funds Tax– asset management, managed funds, private equity, infrastructure, real assets and investment structures
International Tax– cross-border structuring, multinational tax matters, BEPS and Pillar Two
Tax Advisory & Structuring– transactions, acquisitions, divestments, restructures and complex tax advisory
Who We're Looking For




We are interested in professionals with:
StrongAustralian income tax experience
Experience withinBig Four, mid-tier or other professional services firms
Solid technical, commercial and client-facing capabilities
RelevantCA, CPA, CTA or legal qualifications
ForSenior Manager and Directorcandidates, demonstrated experience in client relationship management, team leadership and business development will be highly regarded.
