Insight Workplace Safety provides injury prevention programs that help workplaces manage risk proactively. We combine clinical expertise with data-driven technology to deliver measurable safety outcomes for businesses across Sydney (predominantly Enfield / Erskine Park).

About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join us in an onsite, part time or full-time capacity, working across a regular, recurring schedule of workplaces around Sydney. This is a hands-on, early-intervention role — you'll be assessing and managing a variety of workplace injuries in addition to proactively identifying and remediating workplace risk, with the goal of preventing minor issues from becoming major ones and improving the health and wellbeing of the workforce. You'll work independently, building strong relationships with the businesses you support and helping implement and monitor their safety initiatives.

This role suits a physio who wants genuine autonomy, variety day-to-day,



and the chance to apply clinical skills beyond a traditional clinic setting.

$60-$90p/h Part time or $105,000-$130,000p/a Full Time, based on experience

What you will need:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a practising Physiotherapist
Current registration with AHPRA / NSW
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to self-manage a daily schedule across multiple sites
Confidence building and maintaining skilled relationships with corporate clients
Current NSW driver's licence and access to a reliable car
