Working closely with the Radiology Lead, the 2IC will support daily workflows, contribute to continuous improvement, and help deliver exceptional patient care through robust organisation, attention to detail, and effective team support.Key Requirements:The successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong situational awareness of department operationsProactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailCommitment to billing accuracy and revenue protectionFocus on delivering exceptional patient experience and service standardsCompassion and commitment to maintaining positive referrer relationshipsQualifications & Skills:Minimum 2 years' experience working in a private radiology practice (required)Previous experience in medical administration or healthcare (highly desirable)Strong customer service skills with a patient-focused approachUnderstanding of medical terminology and the Australian healthcare systemExperience with billing, payment processing, and invoice creationPrevious leadership experience,
