Some of the world's biggest brands run their digital presence on platforms like Sitecore, Optimizely and Contentstack - and almost all of them are drowning in the operational complexity of it.
Teams siloed.
Engineers troubleshooting infrastructure instead of shipping.
Releases that should take hours taking weeks.
That's the problem we exist to solve.
Our products - Fusion, Arc and Spark - are the platform operations layer that makes enterprise DXPs run securely, automatically and fast.
We're Azure-native, security-first, and we've just expanded out of Australia into EMEA and North America on the back of enterprise demand.
We're small enough that your decisions land immediately, and established enough that they land on real enterprise customers.
Now we're looking for someone to own where the product goes next and why - the bets, positioning and AI-native direction.
That's where you come in.
About the role
This seat plays a key role in deciding where our product goes next.
It's not the seat that writes tickets for someone else's roadmap.
Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you'll own the strategy, own the single prioritised roadmap, own pricing and packaging, and own the answer to an key question at the end of each quarter: did that bet pay off?
You'll sit as a peer to engineering leadership.
When technical input and product intent pull in different directions, you're the one who arbitrates.
When a shiny new idea arrives from the team, you're the one who says "that goes into discovery, not the roadmap."
We're hiring someone who's comfortable holding that line, because the leadership team genuinely wants it held.
It's a market-back role.
You'll be in front of customers most weeks, pulling signal from our Solutions Engineers, win/loss data and competitor moves,
and turning it into decisions.
You'll also be out in the market - presenting the product vision to customers and the industry, and shaping the thought leadership that goes with it.
No direct reports as yet, we're looking for a player-coach profile to begin with.
Influence in this role comes from the quality of your thinking and your ability to bring engineering, sales, marketing and operations with you.
If that's how you like to work, it's a lot of leverage for one person.
What success looks like:a prioritised product strategy the market actually wants and the business can profitably deliver - priced, packaged and visible.
What you'll do in your day-to-day:
Set the direction
Own where the product goes and why - the bets, the positioning, the AI-native path
Turn the company vision into a strategy every leader can state and execute against
Review bets on a fixed cadence, and kill the ones that aren't working
Validate ideas early with real target customers, before we build
Represent the product vision to customers, the industry and the market
Own the roadmap
Hold a single prioritised roadmap - make the trade-offs, say no
Arbitrate where engineering reality and product intent collide
Keep new ideas in discovery and the roadmap stable within the quarter
Keep the backlog sequenced so engineering never waits on a priority call
Own the numbers
Adoption, retention,
usage and the north-star measure are yours
Meet key customers regularly and feed what you learn into prioritisation
Synthesise field intel, win/loss and community signal into product definition
Keep live competitive intelligence on how our capability stacks up
Close the loop on every bet
Price and package it
Own pricing, tiers and packaging strategy
Validate the commercial model with the CRO and Finance
Contribute to services pricing (governed by the COO)
Land it in market
Coordinate launch readiness with Marketing and Solutions Engineering - positioning, docs, demos, enablement on day one
Sunset ageing capability so nothing sits orphaned in market
What we're looking for:
Experienced Product leadership in scaling B2B SaaS or platform businesses
Track record operating as a genuine peer to engineering leadership
Led product strategy, discovery and validation in complex environments
Experienced with pricing and packaging design for SaaS, as well as product analytics - adoption, retention, north-star metrics
Strong stakeholder leadership across engineering, sales and marketing
Comfortable saying no, and holding the line under pressure
A gift for simplification - taking something genuinely complex and making it land across the whole business
Nice to haves
DXP, web platform or MarTech domain experience
AI-assisted product definition workflows (PRD generation through to backlog)
Experience in EOS or a similar operating-cadence environment
What's next?
If you're market-back by instinct, disciplined about prioritisation, and you've been waiting for a seat where the product call is genuinely yours to make - this is it.
We'd love to hear from you!
