Category 5 Labour Managementis seeking reliable and experienced Production Yard Hands and General Labourers with a current LF Forklift Licence to join our client, a well-established Australian manufacturer and supplier of bricks, concrete blocks, pavers and other building products.
These are hands‐on roles combining forklift operation, production work and manual handling within a busy outdoor manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Operate forklifts to move and organise product packs
Load, unload and relocate products safely around the yard
Assist with manufacturing concrete blocks and masonry products
Pick, pack and strap finished products
Complete quality checks on finished products
Assist with production machinery and general labouring
Complete repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
Maintain clean and safe production and yard areas
What We're Looking For:
Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
Previous forklift operating experience – essential
Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Previous manufacturing, production, yard or similar hands‐on experience
Reliable work history and good attendance
Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling




Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
Ability to complete required online onboarding and site inductions prior to commencement
