Key Responsibilities
DeliverWorkplace Rehabilitation servicesspecialising in Current Employer Services
Conductfunctional capacity evaluations, vocational assessments & job readiness
Managereturn-to-work programs and injury management plans
Liaise withemployers, insurers, medical professionals & stakeholders
Provideevidence-based case management and rehabilitation planning
Work acrosshomes, workplaces, clinics and ORS offices
What we're looking for
Minimum2+ years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation / Rehab Consulting
Qualification in one of the following:
Psychology
Rehabilitation Counselling
Registration withAHPRA, ASORC
Strong stakeholder engagement and report writing skills
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
