I'm working with a growing salary packaging and novated leasing business looking for an experiencedNovated Leasing Consultant with leadership potentialto step into a Team Lead opportunity.
What you do need is strong novated leasing experience, a proven sales track record and the natural qualities of someone people look to for support.
Importantly,you won't be expected to figure out leadership on your own.You'll work closely with the Head of Sales & Client Relations, who will provideongoing mentorship, coaching and support as you develop your leadership skills.
The role
You'll spend around75% of your time managing your own novated leasing pipelineand 25% coaching and supporting a team of four Consultants and two Settlement Officers.
So, you can continue doing what you're good at -selling and earning commission- while learning how to lead and develop a team.
