The Role
We're looking for a hands‐onContent & Social Producerto help build KPay's presence in Australia.
You'll turn products, merchants, campaigns and business moments into content people want towatch, read and engage with—from social content and merchant stories to short‐form videos and events.
Working closely with the AU Marketing team, and supported by the Head of Marketing and global Content team, you'll help build aconsistent, recognisable content presencethrough stronger local storytelling and faster creative execution.
Success means creating content thatearns attention, strengthens the brand, helps merchants understand KPay and contributes to business growth.
What You'll Own
Content Production
Plan, shoot and edit content for social, merchant stories, campaigns, launches and events.
Own shoots end‐to‐end, from concept and storyboard through to final delivery.
Visit merchants and confidently capture and direct people in real business environments.
Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
Repurpose shoots into multiple video, photography and social assets.
Social & Content
Own the AU social calendar from planning through to publishing and engagement.
Create platform‐native content forInstagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Produce social posts, merchant features, product education, blogs and campaign stories.




Localise global content for Australian audiences.
Spot relevant trends and turn them into timely content.
Support product launches and campaigns with local creative.
Performance
Track reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth and traffic.
Identify high‐performing topics, hooks and formats and apply learnings.
Test current creative approaches and maintain an organised content library.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someonecreative, commercially curious and comfortable making things themselves.
1–3 years' experiencein content, social media, video production or a related role.
Portfolio ofsocial‐first video, photography or branded content.
Strong short‐form video editing skills and understanding of social content.
Experience withPremiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshopor equivalent tools.
Confidence with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, composition and audio.
Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone across platforms.
Good instinct for social trends and ability to turn ideas into published content.
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.
Comfortable in afast‐moving environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with merchant/customer stories, hospitality, retail, fintech, technology or SMB audiences; motion graphics; social analytics; or AI content tools.
