About the Role
n
As an NDIS Service Coach, you'll work closely with support workers and clients to:
n
Facilitate Self-Managed Teams (SMTs) that are collaborative, capable, and client-focused
n
Guide Primary Workers to step into their leadership roles with clarity and purpose
n
Oversee team stability, and support worker allocations
n




Manage service intake, planning, and reviews in collaboration with participants and their teams
n
Engage regularly with your team, building solid culture and proactive practice
n
Ensure quality, safeguarding, and compliance are embedded into everyday work
n
Respond to incidents, support debriefs, and drive reflective practice
n
Champion staff feedback tools like PQFactor to promote culture, accountability, and improvement
n
Provide monthly reporting to contribute to organisation-wide service insights
n
This is a people-first leadership role. While you're managing logistics and compliance, the heart of your work will be supporting teams to thrive and clients to live well.

What You'll Bring
n
Experience in the NDIS sector, with strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards
n
Leadership or coaching experience - formal or informal
n
Passion for person-centred, strengths-based approaches
n
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
n
A love for building great relationships
n
Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
