Your role
We have an prospect for a Training Coordinator to be part of our Multilingual NSW Academy team. The Coordinator supports a culture of continuous growth through administration and coordination of training and professional development programs and activities that deliver on organisational objectives.
With a focus on coordinating multiple programs simultaneously, this role supports the team to drive capability uplift, qualified standards and the ongoing recruitment and engagement of interpreters and translators who provide language services across NSW Government.
You will be a cooperative team player with exceptional administration and project coordinator skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge. Also importantly, you enjoy the learning and development space and are committed to seeking new ways to engage people for their professional growth.
What you'll do
As part of the Multilingual NSW Academy team you will:
Coordinate the delivery of strategies and activities such as professional development courses, workshops and programs to support the achievement of business objectives, targets and outcomes
Develop a wide range of internal and external learning and communication materials and project documentation
Support the development and maintenance of key stakeholder relationships,



including delivery of workshops and webinars, ensuring positive program and engagement outcomes
Manage effective reporting and administration of Academy programs and initiatives through the Moodle by OpenLMS learning management system and relevant data sources
What we're looking for
Excellent administration and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
Strong learning and development fundamentals and learning management system administration.
Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and work to a flexible schedule at our Parramatta office
