Mechanical / Structural Supervisors
to join a major site-wide tank replacement and structural remediation campaign at Murrin Murrin Operations, near Leonora, WA.

12-hour shifts, potential transition to an 8:6 roster on from December

About the Role
As a Mechanical / Structural Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site crews across a range of maintenance and project works including:
Structural steel fabrication and replacement
Tank refurbishment and replacement programs
Handrail and grating replacement
Launder refurbishment works
Small projects and shutdown activities
Ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality project execution
Coordinating day-to-day work activities and site resources
Driving a strong safety culture across crews and work fronts
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous experience supervising mechanical, structural or maintenance crews within mining, construction, heavy industrial or major project environments
Strong leadership and team management capability
Proven commitment to safety,



quality and productivity
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and workforce teams
Experience coordinating daily work schedules and project deliverables
Current Driver's Licence
Section 26 (S26) qualification or willingness to obtain

Relevant trade qualification and/or demonstrated industry experience
Highly Regarded
High Risk Work Licence - LF (Forklift)
