Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service Aboriginal Corporation seeks a Health Promotions Officer for the Rheumatic Heart Disease Program to develop, implement and evaluate culturally secure health promotion initiatives in Aboriginal communities.
You will conduct home visits, deliver education sessions, and build partnerships with Elders and stakeholders while supporting reporting and monitoring to meet funding objectives. Perth-based role offering market-competitive salary and entitlements.
