The Opportunity
n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage a portfolio of high-calibre clients. You'll take ownership of compliance, advisory, and management reporting while mentoring junior and off shore team members and collaborating with directors and managers.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
Preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns and BAS/IAS for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
n
Preparation of management reports and assistance with business advisory engagements
n
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
n
Provide business advisory, tax planning, and structuring services
n
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role you will have:
n
Minimum 3 years' public practice experience
n
CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
n
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and Australian tax
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and lead team members
n




Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
n
Proactive and growth-oriented; you see opportunities and act on them
n
Genuine interest in business and understanding what makes it succeed
n
Curiosity about how AI can help you execute your work
