We're looking for a motivated, people-firstProperty Managerto join ourbrand-new office in Calderwood. This is an exciting chance to be part of a growing team from the beginning, with apart-time role that has a clear pathway to full-timeas the portfolio expands. You confidently manage your residential portfolio — staying organised, proactive, and always one step ahead.
n
You build strong relationships with landlords and tenants — clear communication, trust, and professionalism every step of the way.
n
You stay on top of arrears, renewals, and lease management — no surprises, no last-minute stress.
n
You conduct routine inspections with care — detailed reports, sharp attention to detail, and clear follow-ups.
n
You handle maintenance issues smoothly — coordinating repairs, managing expectations, and keeping everyone informed.
n
You manage terminations and attend tribunal when required — calm, prepared, and professional.
n
You oversee rental marketing when needed — making sure properties are presented and leased efficiently.
n
You work closely with your Property Officer and team — sharing updates, supporting each other, and keeping everything running smoothly.

You'll Bring
n

Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
n
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Reliable car + valid driver's licence
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Great organisation and time management
n
A proactive mindset — you take ownership and get things done

A genuine passion for property management and people
