The Occupational Therapist will split time between the North Sydney team and fortnightly travel to Goulburn, providing person-centered services in homes, clinics and community settings.
The role supports participants to achieve meaningful goals, with accommodation arranged in Goulburn and the option to use Avina or personal vehicles for travel.
