to join a major transformation program with a prominent Australian financial institution.

Trading & Clearing Platforms
Business Transformation
Must Have
5+ years of Capital Markets experience
, particularly derivatives and back-office processes.
Robust understanding of
Interest Rate Derivatives and Fixed Income
.
Strong Business Analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
Excellent stakeholder and client management experience.
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery artefacts.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Database, Java and XML knowledge.
Experience with application server logs.
Exposure to Central Banks / Central Clearing Houses.
CFA, FRM or BA certifications.
Financial services, digital banking or enterprise platform experience.
