Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) seeks a Director - Office of the CEO to lead advocacy, policy development and strategic planning. You will work directly with the CEO, guiding governance and reporting while managing social policy, fundraising, external training and communications teams.

The role requires robust leadership, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement with Aboriginal communities and government partners. Hybrid work from VACCA Preston with travel as needed.
