Hapana, a leading fitness platform provider, seeks a Customer Success Manager to partner with clients from onboarding through renewal. You will own relationships, drive adoption of Hapana workflows, and collaborate across operations, finance, marketing and member experience to deliver measurable outcomes.
In this role you will manage lifecycle success, develop plans, and guide customers toward expansion, while working closely with Sales and Leadership to ensure renewals and high satisfaction.
