The Chance
n
As a member of our leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting, coaching and developing those around you.
n
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:
n
Leading and motivating service teams during busy service periods
n
Coaching and developing junior team members
n
Driving service standards and guest satisfaction
n
Managing shifts and venue operations
n
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
n
Contributing to business performance and operational improvements
n
Building a positive, accountable and engaged team culture
n
What We're Looking For
n
Previous hospitality leadership experience as a Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or similar
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
A proactive mindset and ability to lead from the front
n
A desire to learn, develop and help others succeed
n
Confidence managing service, solving problems and making decisions under pressure
n
Experience in bartending, functions, premium casual dining or high-volume service environments will be highly regarded
n
