We're building a new People & Culture Advisory Hub and are looking for an experienced People & Culture Lead for the NSW/ACT Business Unit to join our team.
n
This is an exciting chance to lead a portfolio of P&C; professionals while partnering with business leaders across major projects and operational business units. You'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services, managing complex people matters and helping drive business performance through effective people solutions.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll lead a portfolio of P&C; practitioners and provide strategic and operational support across a diverse and dynamic business.
n
You Will
n
n
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of P&C; Advisors and Business Partners.
n
Partner with operational and project leaders to deliver effective people strategies and solutions.
n
Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, and organisational change.
n
Act as the escalation point for complex and high-risk people matters.
n
Coach and influence leaders to build capability and strengthen people leadership skills.
n
Support workforce planning, project mobilisation, restructuring and transformation initiatives.
n
Drive consistent, compliant, and high-quality people practices across the business.
n
Partner with senior stakeholders to manage people risk and enhance business performance.
n
n
About You
n
You are a seasoned HR or People & Culture professional who thrives in fast-paced,



project-based environments and enjoys solving complex people challenges.
n
You Bring
n
n
Significant experience in a senior HR, People & Culture, Employee Relations or Business Partnering role.
n
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing P&C; teams.
n
Strong employment relations knowledge and proven case management expertise.
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills.
n
A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to problem-solving.
n
The ability to build trusted relationships across all organisational levels.
n
Experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering, mining, utilities, energy or other project-based industries will be highly regarded.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline.
n
