Southern Cross Fertilisers seeks a senior Health, Safety and Workplace leader to build and embed a robust Safety and Health Management System at Phosphate Hill Operations in North West Queensland. The role reports to the HSEC Manager and leads a team across safety advisory, occupational health, hygiene and emergency response, driving measurable change and regulatory readiness.
