About the Role
n
This Brisbane-based Operations Manager role is a critical link between our franchise network and Support Office. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will provide hands-on operational support across an allocated portfolio of stores.
n
You will partner closely with Franchise Owners, Corporate Stores and their teams to drive performance, strengthen capability, and ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and customer experience across both franchise and corporate locations.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Build strong, commercially focused relationships with Franchisees to support business growth
n
Conduct regular store visits, providing coaching, feedback, and actionable recommendations
n
Drive alignment to Price Attack's strategic objectives, brand standards, and operational expectations
n
Identify and implement opportunities to improve key financial KPIs (sales, labour, COGS, profitability)
n
Deliver structured training across all levels—from Franchise Owners and Managers to store teams
n
Provide operational support across corporate stores, including performance improvement, team development, and execution of brand standards
n
Work closely with suppliers to coordinate in-store training and product education
n
Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and operational standards
n
Assist with new store openings, fit-outs, and national operational initiatives
n
About You
n
You are a commercially minded, people-focused operator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.
n
Proven experience in multi-site retail, field operations, or area management
n
Strong ability to influence, coach, and drive performance outcomes




n
High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Analytical mindset with a focus on commercial performance and continuous improvement
n
Confident delivering training and presenting to diverse audiences
n
Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and professionalism
n
Franchise network experience will be highly regarded, particularly in supporting business owners to drive performance, compliance, and commercial outcomes.
