About the Role

This is a hands‐on, end‐to‐end role where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
n
Manage a portfolio of insurance building claims end-to-end
n
Liaise with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams
n
Coordinate schedules, updates, and job progress across all stakeholders
n
Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and internal processes




n
Identify risks, delays, or issues early, and take action to resolve them
n
Maintain accurate, up-to-date job records and documentation
n
About You
n
You're organised, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You're comfortable in a fast‐paced environment and know how to keep multiple moving parts under control.

You'll also bring:

Experience in insurance building, claims management, or construction coordination

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
