This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV).

We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager Kew, you will provide operational and people leadership for the Therapeutic Services program, supporting the delivery of high-quality, timely and evidence-based services to clients with complex needs and trauma under the Redress Support Service and Forced Adoption Support Service programs.
This is a varied leadership role with the scope to make a genuine impact.
You will: Lead, coach and support a skilled team of practitioners, creating a positive, reflective and high-performing team culture.
Oversee service planning, workforce capacity, program performance, budgets, reporting and contractual requirements.
Provide therapeutic expertise and secondary consultation in relation to complex client presentations and risk.
Monitor service demand, quality and outcomes and identify opportunities to strengthen service delivery.
Lead change and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client and employee experience.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the broader development of therapeutic services at RAV.
This role is based at our Kew Centre and is part-time permanent at 0.9EFT ****** hours per week).
The base salary is $142,327 (pro-rata) per annum , plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits.
About you You will bring: Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, social science or a related discipline.




Experience in therapeutic work involving complex trauma and/or childhood sexual abuse.
Strong clinical and risk management capability, including capacity to support practitioners working with complex client presentations.
Demonstrated people leadership and team management experience, with the ability to build an engaged, collaborative and accountable team culture.
Experience managing programs, service performance and operational and contractual requirements.
The ability to lead change, implement program improvements and build effective stakeholder relationships.
Professional accreditation with AASW, PACFA or APS is desirable, along with experience working with First Nations and culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
A current Working with Children Check and required Police Checks are essential.
