The Role As our Client Concierge Specialist , you will be the driving force behind Honey Birdette's luxury client experience, ensuring every boutique appointment feels personal, memorable, and truly exceptional.
You will partner closely with Boutique Managers, Area Leaders, and the National Retail Manager to bring our Client Concierge program to life,



creating elevated experiences that strengthen client loyalty and engagement across our global boutique network.
You'll oversee the day-to-day coordination of client concierge initiatives, support the execution of VIP events, develop engaging training content, and help shape our social media presence through creative, brand-aligned content.
No two days will be the same, as you'll be balancing client engagement, content creation, training, reporting, and operational excellence.
You'll be passionate about client experience, naturally creative, highly organised, and thrive on building meaningful relationships.
You'll know how to create memorable moments that delight clients, inspire boutique teams, and bring the Honey Birdette brand to life both in-store and online.
Key responsibilities: Deliver and elevate the luxury in-store appointment experience across all Honey Birdette boutiques.
Partner with Boutique Managers and Area Leaders to continuously enhance the client journey.
