Part time, permanent position (72 hours per fortnight)
Opportunity open to Grade 3 Social Worker/Occupational Therapist/Speech Pathologist, Grade 3 Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Grade 2 Psychologist

About the
Mental Health Division
The Infant Child and Youth Mental Health Service (ICYMHS) sits within the Mental Health Division and provides tertiary mental health services to the north-eastern catchment of Melbourne (currently the local government areas of Banyule, Boroondara, Darebin, Nillumbik, Whittlesea, and Yarra).
Young people eligible for the service are aged 0-25.
About the role
This role provides case management to a small and varied caseload of adolescent consumers on the Adolescent Inpatient Unit (AIPU).
The clinician will be required to provide assessment, treatment (at individual and group levels), case coordination and management to adolescents and their families/carers to facilitate safe and effective discharge from the unit.
About you
As the Case Manager, you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care.




You'll bring energy and drive to your work and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
Clinical grounding across a broad caseload
Sound clinical judgement under pressure
Relationship and stakeholder management
Regulatory and organisational literacy
2 years post graduate experience
