Working primarily with customers by phone and email, you will provide helpful, efficient service while supporting the accurate processing of online orders and placing orders on our 3PL to supply online orders.
You will also work closely with our retail, manufacturing and dispatch teams to keep customers informed and ensure their orders progress smoothly.
You will work alongside our Retail Call Centre and will be required to answer inbound customer calls during peak times.
This is a full-time position.

RESPONSIBILITIES Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email Provide product, service,
order and delivery information Process and accurately enter customer orders Build positive relationships with customers Communicate with retail, manufacturing and dispatch teams Provide general customer service and administrative support Develop your knowledge of Stratco products and services Participate in ongoing product, customer service and systems training Follow safety requirements and contribute to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, works well in a busy environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
You will ideally bring: Previous customer service, retail or internal sales experience Building, manufacturing or construction industry experience Strong computer and data entry skills Confidence communicating with customers by phone and email Excellent attention to detail and order accuracy The ability to prioritise and manage multiple customer requests A reliable, positive and team-focused approach A willingness to learn new products, systems and processes REWARDS
