As Assistant/Duty Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support the leadership team, and ensure smooth service across the bar, gaming, and restaurant areas.
You will lead by example, guide junior staff, uphold compliance standards, and maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for guests and the team.

About the Candidate
* Previous experience as an Assistant or Duty Manager in a busy pub or hospitality venue
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
* Confident in bar operations, gaming, compliance, and venue presentation
* Excellent communication and customer service skills under pressure
* Current RSA and RSG essential; RMLV and Approved Managers Licence
