We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at BRADNAMS WINDOWS & DOORS' in Point Cook, VIC. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our customer relationships, providing high-quality sales and support services. Key responsibilities

Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients

Identifying new sales opportunities and proactively generating leads
n
Providing personalised sales support and consulting to customers
n
Presenting and demonstrating our product range to potential clients
n
Preparing and negotiating sales contracts and agreements
n
Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer satisfaction
n
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

About you
n
Proven track record of success in an Account Manager or similar sales role
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
n
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
n
Familiarity with the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation
n
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
n
Relevant experience in the Sales industry, particularly in the Sales
Representatives/Consultants
sub-industry
n
Australian citizen with full work rights
n
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience required
