Barwon Health invites applications for Senior Peer Workers across community and residential services within Barwon Mental Health, Drugs and Alcohol Services in Geelong. Roles span CRF/PARC, Hospital in the Home (HITH) and Outreach teams with part time appointments ***** hours per fortnight.
You will draw on your lived experience to support consumers in recovery, facilitate peer groups, and promote hope, self-determination and connection within a multidisciplinary team.
