We're looking for motivated, consistent guys to join our team — blokes who want more than a clock-in, clock-out gig. People who've often thought about one day running their own business, but never quite had the way in.

Come work with us in our Adelaide location, and after 2 years on the tools, unlock the opportunity to start your own Surface Rescue franchise (yep we're going nationwide) with a $0 establishment fee.

That's a $50k saving, and our way of backing the people who backed us first.

But before any of that — here's what's on offer from day one.
n
We're Surface Rescue. We transform driveways, garage floors and concrete surfaces for homeowners and businesses across Adelaide, through 3 divisions: Exterior Cleaning, Concrete Resurfacing, and Epoxy Flooring.
n
A typical day starts at our Ridgehaven warehouse at 7am. You load up, head out across Adelaide in a two-to-three-man crew, and get into it. Different locations, different jobs, hands-on work you can stand back and be proud of.

You don't need prior experience. We've found people with a hands-on background - other trades, landscaping,



even just someone who's handy with tools — tend to be the best fit.

Here's how our current techs earn $100k a year, with us...
n
Base rate — Start at $*****/hr casual, moving to $*****/hr once you pass your skills assessment. Overtime and super on top. Full-time available after 6 months' probation.
n
Pay for Performance (P4P) — Finish a job ahead of schedule with a happy client and you're looking at an extra $5–$10/hr. We pay whichever is greater: your base + overtime, or your P4P.
n
Onsite content capture — Simple timelapse and POV footage of the work (not TikTok dances). Our best guys pull an extra $200–$300/week from this alone. Never done it? We'll show you how.
n
Upsells — Spot something we could make look awesome, quote it, and take a cut if the client says yes. No slimy sales tactics — just genuine value they can take or leave.

On top of that: learn valuable skills in a growing market, work with a fun no-BS team, and pick up the basics of running a business while you're still earning good money.

Then there's the part most jobs can't offer you.

We're building a national franchise network,



and we'd rather grow it with people who already know how we operate than start a stranger from scratch. Put in 2 years with us, and when you're ready, your franchise fee is waived. You'll still cover your own setup costs — vehicle, marketing, equipment — this isn't a free ride, it's a fast track. But you'll already know the systems, the brand, the clients, and the work, inside and out
