The Ideal Candidate Must Have

Exceptional Customer Service: A natural ability to welcome customers and provide a top-notch service experience.
n
1 year+ barista experience in a speciality coffee environment
n
Exceptional latte art
n
Experience with Single O coffee is a plus!
n
Hospitality Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles within the hospitality industry.
n




A positive, resilient attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure.
n
Ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the store, ensuring a great environment for customers and staff.
n
Communication Skills: Clear and friendly communication with both customers and team members.
n
Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
n
Comfortable using a POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
