As we continue to grow, we now have an opportunity for a new National Client Account Manager. This unique role will give you the opportunity to work out of our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne Office - building Client relationships, and providing a single point of contact across the full range of our hard technical services. These technical services currently cover HVAC, Fire, Electrical, Plumbing, Auditing, Sustainability, Analytics/BMS and Managed Service Agreements - but as Grosvenor grows - so will you!

Job Description

We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
Relevant trade or business related qualifications
n
Previous experience in a Client Relationship role, or sales within the Building/Hard Technical Services Industry
n
Confidence across a range of software and computer systems.
n
Possesses strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence,



outstanding needs analysis skills and can operate within a team or autonomously.
n
Is a polished communicator with excellent negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills.
n

What will you be doing?
n

Cross selling Grosvenor Core Service and Support services
n
Upsell Grosvenor Office of Research and Technology products or services, including AI, Cyber, Data Analysis and Monitoring.
n
Engage in strategic meetings to enable sales and support of Grosvenor core and support services.
n
Retain and build on existing CRM managed accounts, and increase gross profitability.
n
Work with a dedicated team to provide the best services possible to out clients.
n
