As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and effective environment.Key responsibilities include:Greeting and assisting visitors, patients, and staff in a courteous and professional mannerProviding efficient reception services and maintaining a welcoming environmentHandling telephone calls and enquiries promptly and appropriatelyResponding to patient requests or referring them to the appropriate team memberEnsuring confidentiality and discretion when managing sensitive informationWhat we're looking for:You are a motivated and reliable individual with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will bring:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systemsRecent experience in a ward clerk or similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills,
