As the Claims Learning Design & Delivery Manager, you'll lead a team of talented learning professionals while partnering with business leaders across QBE's AUSPAC Claims Division to identify capability needs, solve real problems and build learning experiences that make a difference.
We're in the middle of a significant period of change, with multiple capability uplift programs underway and a genuine chance to rethink how learning is designed, delivered and experienced.
You'll play a key role in modernising learning approaches and ensuring our people have learning solutions that stick to help them succeed now and into the future.

As the Claims Learning Design & Delivery Manager, you'll lead our Learning function and play a key role in delivering the Learning outcomes within our Claims Capability strategy.
You'll lead a talented team, partner with senior stakeholders across Claims and QBE, and help shape how we build capability for the future.In this impactful and diverse role, you will:Lead the Learning agenda across AUSPAC Claims, ensuring learning outcomes support our Capability strategy and business prioritiesPartner with stakeholders across Claims and the broader QBE Group to identify capability opportunities and translate them into meaningful learning solutionsLead and developing a high-performing team of Learning Designers and a Learning Delivery Lead, creating an environment where people can grow, innovate and do their best workChallenge traditional approaches to learning through contemporary, scalable and engaging solutions, including digital and AI-enabled learning experiencesMeasure what matters, establishing clear success measures and using insights, feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning effectiveness and business impactAbout YouWe're looking for someone who gets energised by possibility.
