Largest earthmoving fleet in AustraliaMajor point-of-difference is its vertical integrationSignificant growth opportunities opportunities across the GroupOur client is searching for an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer from within the urban development civil contracting sector to take on a leadership position across a portfolio of greenfield land projects in Adelaide.You will be accountable for the overall performance of either a portfolio of projects or specific projects dependent upon the experience from within the urban development civil construction industry, and as such will be required to:Administer the head contract and subcontracts.Establish and maintain the construction program.Establish and monitor the budgets.Manage clients, subcontractors, suppliers,
and employees.Ensure the project quality, safety and environmental objectives are achieved.Submit monthly project reports for review.Must HaveBachelor level degree in civil engineering or equivalent.Experience across the area of land subdivision and/or civil construction.Contracts management.Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills is a must.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Driven and enthusiastic with a positive,hands-on attitude to project deliveryRight to work in Australia (not requiring sponsorship)
