The role is permanent full time, 38 hours per week, with a salary of $76,364–$108,943 per annum plus superannuation and salary packaging options.You will work in a multidisciplinary community-based program focused on recovery-oriented assessment and treatment, hospital avoidance, and transfer of care for people leaving hospital into community care in Orange.
